Email a reminder to the signers who haven't signed an embedded sending envelope yet. It only works when embedded_signing is false.
With sequential signing, only the next signer in line gets the reminder. With parallel signing, every signer who hasn't signed yet gets one.
The reminder goes out by email, and the rs.reminded webhook event fires.
This only works on envelopes sent with embedded_signing set to false. If the envelope uses embedded signing, your signers sign inside your app, so send the reminder from there. The API returns a 403 for these.
