Create or send an envelope

Send an original for signature without placing any fields. Signers can sign anywhere on the document. Use it when you don't know where the signatures go.

Initiate a new signature request. The document will not have any fields to guide the signers through the document and will be allowed to sign anywhere in the document (free fill).

A collection of recipient objects. Recipient emails on reserved test domains such as example.com are rejected with 422 signer_email_rejected_as_spam, so use a real inbox you control when testing.
