List the envelopes that are still waiting on signatures, whether you sent them or need to sign them.
From 15 November 2026, this list comes back a page at a time, newest first. You get 100 results unless you set size, up to 1000. Use offset to get the next page, and keep going while has_more is true. Sandbox apps get this from 28 October. Until then, the parameters are ignored and you get the full list.
You get the envelopes you sent and the ones waiting on your signature. Only envelopes that are still incomplete come back. Completed and cancelled envelopes are left out.
For completed envelopes, use Fetch all signed envelopes. For expired ones, add include_expired=true.
