Stamp field type is now available on Advanced plan

Businesses on the Advanced plan can now place and assign a stamp field in a signature request. Stamp field is available in the following scenarios as a new enum value for the type property of the fields_payload object.
- When creating and sending the envelope programmatically via API (Create or send an envelope) or the embedded sending UI within your website or app (Fetch embedded sending URL).
- When updating a template programmatically (Update template) via API or the embedded UI (Fetch embedded template create URL).
- When self-signing (Fetch embedded self signing URL) and signing without fields (Fetch embedded signing link) in an embedded UI.
