Pagination on list endpoints from 15 November 2026
From 15 November 2026, the list endpoints below return results a page at a time instead of the whole list. Sandbox apps get it from 28 October, so you can test before it reaches production.
- Requests without the new parameters get the 100 most recent results.
sizesets how many results you get, up to 1000.offsetskips results, andorderisdescfor newest first, the default, orascfor oldest first.- A new
has_morefield istruewhen there's another page. countbecomes the number of results on the page, not the total.
To read a full list, keep calling with offset raised by count until has_more is false.
Check the order too. Most of these lists come back oldest first today. From 15 November they come back newest first unless you send order=asc.
The change covers Fetch all envelopes, Fetch Expired Envelopes, Fetch all signed envelopes, Fetch all pending envelopes and Fetch all signed envelopes for embedded sending, Fetch all envelopes and Fetch all signed envelopes for envelopes without fields, and Fetch all self signed documents.
If you poll a list to find out when an envelope is signed, use the rs.completed webhook instead. It tells you as soon as an envelope is complete.
