Pre-fill fields by the sender or an earlier signer

Pre-fill now works on any document, not just templates. Create or send an envelope and fetch embedded sending URL let you fill fields in fields_payload before the recipient they belong to signs. Until now, you could only pass values to fields saved in a template, through merge_fields.

Give the field a label and a fillable_by, then choose who fills it.

• Pre-fill by sender. Set "sender": true and pass the value in prefill_value.
• Pre-fill by earlier signers. List them in fillable_by.recipients. They need to sign before the field's recipient, so set is_ordered to true.

Pre-fill works on text, checkbox, and combobox fields. A combobox takes its choices in additional_info.options. The recipient sees every pre-filled value and can change it before signing.

Here, the sender fills in the business name, and the rep can still change it. The business type is left for the rep to pick. Olivia sees both values when she signs and can change them.
